 WATER SPRINKLER UPDATE: 4/2025 Good News! The water sprinkler system is operating approximately 50 zones located in three sections. Each section will be watered by rotation twice a week beginning at midnight for approximately 15 - 30 minutes. This schedule is based on the original schedule from 3 years ago. 

A map of the zones is underway, and will be posted on The Landings website once completed. https://landingsofinverness.com/ to include the current schedule zone by zone. 

Please note that the schedule will be adjusted accordingly, and changes will be posted on the website as needed. 

To reiterate two important point during last month’s meeting: 

1) Any change to the sprinkler system must be submitted to the ACC/Board for review. This includes any effort to “tap in” to the system which impacts everyone. Once approved, all work must be undertaken using the vendor on record; Landscape Renovators LLC. The HOA water sprinkler system is a complicated and expensive resource which must be carefully managed for the benefit of us all. 

2) Please ask visitors/ service people to park on the street vs. the grass so that the sprinklers aren’t broken.
