Sprinkler System

Currently local sprinkler system companies are being interviewed. We are waiting on a estimate from a company that will get the water intakes cleared and secured so the pumps can be primed and placed back online. Once that work is completed the company will do a zone by zone walk through to pinpoint specific issues. Updates will be posted here as the information unfolds.

 Two important points to remember:

1) The sprinkler system is the property of the HOA. Any change to the sprinkler system must be submitted to the ACC/Board for review. This includes any effort to “tap in” to the system. Once approved, all work must be undertaken using the vendor on record. The HOA water sprinkler system is a complicated and expensive resource which must be carefully managed for the benefit of us all.

2) Please ask visitors/ service people to park on the street vs. the grass so that the sprinkler heads don't get damaged.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Feel free to reach out with questions.
