Jeremy and Stephanie from In the Zone fixed most of the sprinkler heads not working. If you still have a flag in your yard, please keep it there since that indicates a problem that still needs to be fixed.
Wiring issues along the lake front will be assessed and fixed as the next big project.
Pumphouse 2 is getting a new pump installed. A pad was installed so the pump isn't sitting directly on the concrete floor. We will then be able to get the majority of the areas watered regularly and move on to fix specific problems. The hope is to have a schedule posted for the exact days and times each area is watered.
A reminder - the irrigation system belongs to the HOA and only our contracted company can make any adjustments.
Dock Update - All surveys and legal descriptions have been sent to the DEP. We have been told it will be submitted for approval but not given a timeframe for when this will happen. Dock owners with questions - please contact Lori.

The ACC approval does not supersede a city permit. In all cases you must have ACC approval for outside changes, it is the homeowner's responsibility to know if a city permit is also required.
